No. 01 The Garage Lounge
The secret weapon. Ping pong, TV, and a full hangout space that becomes the most popular room in the house. Perfect for sandy kids, teens who want their own world, or a rainy-afternoon refuge.

A 4-bedroom beach house 1.5 blocks from Point Pleasant Beach — with everything you need for the week already waiting for you.
Your Week
You pull into the driveway on Saturday and start unloading the car. The kids are already arguing about who gets the bunk room. You open the front door, drop the cooler in the kitchen, and notice the beach badges sitting on the counter — eight of them, ready to go. The chairs and umbrellas are in the garage. You haven’t been here five minutes, and tomorrow is already handled.
By Sunday morning, you’ve found your rhythm. Coffee on the wraparound porch while the house is still quiet. The beach is a four-minute walk, and you’re learning to take it slow — flip-flops, towels over shoulders, no rush. The kids sprint ahead. You let them.
The afternoons take care of themselves. Someone fires up the grill. The ping pong table in the garage becomes the most popular spot in the house. By evening, everyone ends up around the fire pit — sandy, sunburned, happy. The kind of tired that comes from a day with absolutely nothing on the schedule.
By Wednesday, you realize you haven’t moved the car. You don’t need to. The boardwalk is a short walk. The beach is right there. The house has everything. Somewhere around Thursday, someone says it —
“Can we just come back every year?”
Our Family
The D’Alessandro family has been making shore memories since before the boardwalk had arcades.
The Jersey Shore has been the place we call home in the summer for generations.
My grandparents had a beach house just down the shore since my mother was little — five kids crammed into three bedrooms for two months with zero A/C, loving every minute of it.
My dad ran stands on Jenkinson’s boardwalk in college. That’s where he first met my mom. My sister and I grew up in that same beach house, squeezing in with all our cousins, sandy feet and all. We’d fish with my grandfather, paint seashells with my grandmother, and stay on the beach until someone rang the dinner bell.
Our summers were filled with sea glass, sandcastles, and sun-kissed memories.
So it’s only fitting that we continue the tradition with our own beach house. (Don’t worry — this one has A/C.)
We hope your days here are just as memorable as ours, and that you’ll come back each summer to make more.

No. 02 Morning coffee before anyone else is awake. Evening reading with the sound of the neighborhood settling down. Temperature-controlled, enclosed, and the quietest seat in the house — until the kids find you.

No. 03 The hub. Hardwood floors, big couch, TV, and the kind of open layout where you can see everyone without being on top of them. This is where the whole house ends up at the end of the day.

No. 04 Granite counters, gas stove, and everything you need to cook real meals on vacation. The kind of kitchen that makes you actually want to eat in — and you will.

No. 05 A real dining room with a table that seats eight — not a breakfast bar with stools. Modern light fixture, hardwood floors, and the spot where every vacation meal becomes a memory.

No. 06 Two dedicated workspaces — one upstairs, one down. Real desks, real chairs, real WiFi. Not a kitchen counter with a laptop. Need to check in on vacation? At least do it from a proper desk.

No. 07 Slip-n-slide territory. Space for kids to run, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, and the kind of breathing room that makes the house feel twice as big.

No. 08 Where the best conversations happen. Gas fire pit with comfortable seating — by night three, this becomes the family ritual. Kids catching fireflies, adults telling stories, everyone winding down together.

No. 09 Private patio dining with the Weber grill steps away. Once you eat dinner outside with the evening breeze, you won’t want to go back to the table inside. Most families don’t.

It’s All Here
The things that make Sea Reach different aren’t dramatic — they’re the small stuff that other rentals leave off the list. When you arrive, all of it is waiting for you.
We’ve spent years thinking about what makes a beach week feel effortless — and then making sure it’s all here when you arrive. No errands on day one. No scrambling to rent chairs or track down badges. Just show up, settle in, and start your vacation.
See the Bedrooms
Room for one family or two. Every bedroom has its own personality — and actual beds, not air mattresses.
Vaulted ceiling with compass decor. The room parents claim first.
Coastal-themed decor. Second-best room in the house — still really good.
Beach-themed touches. Cozy, quiet, straight shot to the bathroom.
The kids’ room. They’ll love it. You’ll love that they’re in their own space.
All bedrooms include pillows and quilts. Bed sheets available on request for an additional fee. 2 full bathrooms. Central A/C throughout.
Guest Reviews
Here’s what families say after their week at Sea Reach.
“The fire pit at night was our favorite part.”
★★★★★Sea Reach was the best vacation our family has ever taken. The location is literally a couple of blocks to the beach, and having the beach badges and chairs included saved us a fortune. The kids lived in the garage playing ping pong — we barely saw them! The fire pit at night was our favorite part. We’re already booked for next summer.

“Six cars in the driveway — game changer.”
★★★★★We’ve rented in Point Pleasant for years and Sea Reach is hands-down the best house we’ve stayed in. It’s spotless, the kitchen has everything you need, and the outdoor space is incredible. Six cars in the driveway — game changer when you have family visiting. Scott was responsive and made everything easy. Highly, highly recommend.

“We’ve found our forever rental.”
★★★★★We travel with another family every summer and finding a rental that works for 8 people is always the hardest part. Sea Reach solved it. Between the porch, the living room, the garage, and the fire pit, we never felt crowded. The walk to the beach is nothing. We’ve found our forever rental.

The Neighborhood
106 Atlantic Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Most families who stay here don’t move their car from Saturday to Saturday — and not because there’s nothing to do.
Point Pleasant Beach is one of those places where the boardwalk still feels like the boardwalk — the kind with skee-ball and funnel cake and rides your kids will beg to go back to. Sea Reach sits right in the center of it all, 1.5 blocks from the sand and a short walk from everything else. The 6-car driveway is there if you need it, but the real luxury is not needing it.
